Soccer Referee

I am having to learn to eat healthy again. During the high school soccer season I was getting in 10 to 15 hours a week of intense sprints and was able to eat anything I wanted while losing weight. The season came to an end and while my appetite decreased it did not decrease enough and now my weight is creeping back up. If I could referee soccer every night weight loss would be easy.

    The Pilates studio I attend is now temporarily closed, I miss my daily workouts on the reformer.

    Reading this blog has inspired me today. I don’t want to lose the level of fitness I’ve already gained, so I need to snap out of my sad funk because the studio is closed, and design an alternative routine that will keep me fit.

    Sprinting!! That’s something I can work up to over time, that’s something that I know will challenge me, and I can do it easily going up and down my street.
