No Parade or Confetti, but it's all good!

I was at the doctor today. Just for an annual check up, no big deal. During his consultation, as he was looking over the chart he casually commented, "Okay, weight looks good." Oh, how marvelous to hear that! No lecture on my weight, no discussion about all the harm being overweight can do...nothing.
Of course, I was rather expecting confetti and balloons to drop from the ceiling, but I suppose they didn't have enough time to get that together....I expect a parade the next appointment, however!
