161- back up a little.

Wow, I can't believe its been four days since I've written! Been busy busy I guess. Lots of work at office and now we are working on our stuff and the boat. The boat is really coming along again. We are making huge progress in a few days a week. I think it helps to have stuff for me to work on, not just Brett.

I have been going over on my calories again and not eating my fruit. I am having a hard time managing all the different things to do. Sunday starts a new week for me though and I wil try to get motivated to get back on track. The 159.5 lasted 2 days but went up 1.5 to 161. That is okay though because it is still headed downward overall...

I am going to TRY and do my strength tonight!!! I know I keep saying that but I really want to get back into it. I had a new exercise emailed to me this morning that is perfect for me The wrist curl. I have really weak wrists and forearms (even though I am pretty strong)- I have weak wrists. This exercise looks perfect for them. I am going to try them tonight with my other strength training. We'll see... My wrists have always been my biggest weakness and worry for sailing. I was excited to see this exercise.
