Feeling STRONG today!

I have started strength training the past couple weeks. I am so impressed with how strong I have become in just a few sessions. I can already do certain moves I couldn't do in the beginning. Including planking for 25 seconds. I love working out in the gym and pushing myself. I am so excited about the road that is ahead. I give ALL the glory and honor to Jesus my King!
