TROUBLE with a capital T

I get so aggravated with myself and then feel sorry with myself for no reason. Mood swings I guess but what ever they are I wish they would just go away. My house is falling down around my ears and can't afford to fix it up. My son is no help I love him dearly but he can't pay his own way either. He will soon be 20. I am staying so tired all I want to do is sleep and eat. I have lost 84 pounds and have about 88 more to go. Shouldn't be to hard right???? I think its called life

    I do not see any response from you since April '13 but I hope you are fine. Things in life take us through high and low spots and I hope this finds you in a high spot. emoticon on all the wt you have lost and if you have put some back on do not fret about it 'cause it happens to many of US (writing from personal experience) so000 emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I think what you have accomplished so far is amazing. It is a testament to your inner strength and your commitment to your goals.

    We all have hard times and times we feel like crap, so thank goodness for community - when we can't see the light at the end of the tunnel, they remind us of the good in ourselves and what we can accomplish.

    Keep your head up. When you feel low, tell yourself it's only human, and like all low points, it won't last. Whatever challenges you face, clearly, you have proved that you have what it takes to get through it.

    Thats life....sometimes it is loads of fun, sometimes it isn't...
    however, I figure it is the best alternative....

    Try to find something you like, or enjoy and do that. Do something
    to make you happy.
