Goals for May

I had another GREAT night at the gym. Planked for 30 seconds. I can't believe it is already May 2013. Where has the year gone. I am feeling pretty good starting this month. Time to set some goals!

My Goals for May:

Log my food consistently everyday!

Move at least 30 minutes everyday!

Strength Train in Gym at least 2 days a week!

Drink Only Water!

Add more vegetables to my plate!

For the month of April I lost 12 lbs. So I wont to at least have a 5 lb loss for May. I can do this one day at a time! I can do ALL things through Christ who gives me strength! NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST ME SHALL PROSPER!

    I absolutely LOVE that all of your goals are things you CAN do (as opposed to what you shouldn't do, lol)....

    You are doing great, and your goals seem very motivating and reachable!

    I'm right there with you on most of these goals!!! I think i'll borrow them, if that's ok!!!

    Ok, I sort of don't love it when people give me advice on my blogs, but.... and this may sound cheesy... one thing that has helped me with goals like this is to use the computer (word/excel) to make a little chart to hang on my fridge or in the bathroom- then i get to check things off that I do each day.

    Good luck in May- is that tomorrow already??
