Goals for May

I had another GREAT night at the gym. Planked for 30 seconds. I can't believe it is already May 2013. Where has the year gone. I am feeling pretty good starting this month. Time to set some goals!
My Goals for May:
Log my food consistently everyday!
Move at least 30 minutes everyday!
Strength Train in Gym at least 2 days a week!
Drink Only Water!
Add more vegetables to my plate!
For the month of April I lost 12 lbs. So I wont to at least have a 5 lb loss for May. I can do this one day at a time! I can do ALL things through Christ who gives me strength! NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST ME SHALL PROSPER!
