It's been awhile since I have written a blog post, but don't worry, I have kept up on my tracking food & working out.

On that note... my brithday was Wednesday... emoticon , so I have been celebrating my birthday week. I have by no means gone crazy with food, but I didn't track it. I did, however, keep up with my workout schedule, so I am hoping it all balances out.

The two weeks leading up to my birthday, I felt like I did well, but I just didn't lose. I know I am building muscle... I feel stronger now than ever before, but I still don't fit into my clothes, so slimming down is still high on my priority list.

I have also started a new business, so that is taking a lot of my time now, so I am working on balancing that with my long-term health & fitness goals.

My current workout plan is Zumba (3-4 days a week), Elliptical (1-2 times a week), Strength Training (2 times a week). I always take two days off from working out to give my body a break.

I have strayed from my usual food plans, so I am going grocery shopping today and will load the house with healthy choices for this coming week. Back on track!

Still going strong with my no soda challenge... 128 days strong! I haven't had a migraine since the very beginning of this challenge. I feel great!
