160- new week

I haven't been doing good this last week with my calories. Today is a new week and I am hoping to get back on track. I am feeling so tired and busy a lot that it can be hard to log sometimes but I will try better this week.

    Hey, I was supposed to lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks, and I gained 6 pounds instead -- so don't feel bad! I have more stress in my life right now than a horned-up ally cat. I am going to try to ease into the week. I wanted to add insult to injury and bought a new set of scales, with the fat level and omg, it was up to a dangerous 38%! I am going to take a long, comtemplative walk today, and stay out of the carbs. Just get through the day eating sensibly and seeing that tomorrow is a new day -- a new week. One day at a time. Hang in there. This too shall pass. Ta, Reggie
