Week 1 Challenge Evaluation

Feel pretty good with our first week. Had some issues logging into sparks and still having a few bugs but they are working on them. I have been keeping a written log so it all works fine as long as I am following my program! I was down 1.5 lbs this week. I am feeling really good with my progress. I have been on Shakeology for two weeks now and I am really feeling great. I really feel it helped get that scale moving again this week. Been noticing lots of changes, my stomach is less bloated, and looks flatter. I am as regular as a clock. I have got really great energy and I have really been exerting a lot with all of my outside yard activities, plus my workouts. I have been eating no junk, it has killed my cravings for it. I am having to add it as a snack instead of meal replacement because my calories are getting to low with my changed appetite. I am very impressed so far! I can't wait to see my continued progress! So for week 1-(which is actually like week 2 for me) all is going great! Lots of exciting changes going on in my life the last few weeks since I decided to be a
beachbody coach. Several ppl have stepped up an want my help and I am excited to start my first beachbody challenge group on the 3rd of June. I have learned so much in my journey. I am so glad to be able to reach beyond sparks to share and help ppl change their lives and share in what becomes possible for them! So excited to be reaching out farther then myself to do my part to help end the trend of obesity. For the first time in my life I feel like something that I am doing is making a difference in someones life, but also my own. Feeling really blessed!
