One change at a time

I'm working hard to get in the swing of things. Every meal I am trying to push to eat a little better and a little less. Right now my main focus is kicking out sweets and fried food... I am on the go so much that this is a big challenge for me.... any suggestions for an on the go breakfast and/or lunch?

    For breakfast I like Kashi trail bars. Sometimes I also toast low fat whole grain waffles and eat them like toast with maybe a little sugar free jelly. Smoothies are also another on the go breakfast. Lunches can be a challenge depending on how on the go you are for lunch. Cheese and fresh fruit is a quick and easy choice. You can also pre-cut veggies like celery, carrots cucumber. For protein a boiled egg or possibly peanut butter to dip celery in. It will take some pre planning but its very doable. Hope some of these suggestions work for you. emoticon
