Bright Sunny Sabbath Day

Sunny,Bright ,Mild Temp.Day.Temps in the 70's F.
Wife Maggie had digestive problems,kept us home from Church.
My weight is holding at about 237 lbs.
Ran out of regular drinking water;all grocery store had available on Sat.,while shopping was mineral water.Don't like taste of ,and has Calcium in,which I have to limit the intake of,due to chronic kidney stone condition.
Kept on nutrition plan recommendations pretty much.Had another small pork back rib for dinner,which is more of something,I should try to avoid.
My Lunch and Dinner portions were smaller than usual.
