No Short Cuts

Now that I'm not considered overweight, all my friends and even strangers ask me what I've done to get here! I'd love to tell them, "Well, I sprinkled a magic powder on my food" or "I wore a band around my waist for 10 minutes each day". But the thing I DO tell them is,
"There's only one way." Everyone chuckles and agrees. The only one way is you must log those calories and move your fanny! Oh, I know it's not easy, boy do I ever! Still I must admit that despite the pain of a hard workout or the slightly deprived feeling of being hungry after the calories are up for the day, I'd never change a thing. I feel stronger and WAY more confident!
So, send me good vibes as we travel our way together to health and strength. There's only one way....but it's a good way.
