It's been about a month since my last blog post. I let myself slide a little. I gained 2 lbs. I thought I could do it without tracking, but I am not there yet. So, here is an update...
SLEEP: I am actually very proud of myself in this category! I am in bed by 1 or 10 or 10:30 every night to read until 11, then lights out. I set my alarm for 7:30am, but generally don't get out of bed until 8 or 8:30. So, this will be my new sleep goal: Get up with my alarm EVERY morning!
FOOD: Like I stated earlier, I took a break from tracking to see how I would do... not so good. I didn't go crazy, but I obviously ate more than I should have. The goal this month is to keep up with tracking my food... 6 days a week, if not 7.
WATER: No problems here... I drink about 2.25 Liters a day.
EXERCISE: I have stuck to 3-4 days a week. I am upping this to 5-6 days a week for this month, as well as adding in strength training. Zumba 3-5, Elliptical 1-2. I am going to look online for some light strength training programs that I can do in my apartment without causing issues with the neighbors.
SODA: 160 days free! Working towards a goal of 365 days.
WEIGHT: up 2 lbs

154.9 - new pair of shoes (fun, not workout)
149.9 - new workout outfit (top, pants, bra)
145 - whole new outfit
The hubster and I have just planned a trip to see our families in the beginning of October. So... My ultimate goal is to reach this 145 weight goal by October 1st. I feel as though this is very doable! The last time I was there, in December, I only had 2 pair of pants I could wear (I had to buy a pair of dress pants while I was there because I didn't have any that fit to bring.) So... I want to fit back into the clothes I already own & have a new outfit to take with me on this trip!
I will be relying on my SP family to help me through this!
