Day 1 of BLC 22 was pretty good! - I was down 2lbs this am

from last week (when I first started tracking my food!) - so that was a great way to start off the challenge! - went to a delicious place for lunch and was able to skip dessert
(had soup and salad - still delicious!)

yum! Kept my portions small at dinner - my weak spot was my water! - I've been very good about having 8 glasses for the past couple of weeks but today, didn't stay focused - will do better tomorrow -
ended my day with 20 min of crossfit workout - great sweat!!!! will get up before work tomorrow for a jog.
this is my first time blogging - EVER - i hope to keep it up
