Cross Training??

Out in the back woods were 2 piles of trash when we moved in. We have been systematically removing them by filling the trash can every week with the small stuff. Today we got to the bottom of the biggest pile and found the remnants of what looks like possibly an old furnace. It was in 6 big pieces and a bunch of small pieces. So I decided it was time for it to be relocated to the barn until we decide if we can incorporate it into our landscape/decorating. Started filling the wheel barrow and each piece must have been a good 35 or more pounds!! Then came pushing it all back up the hill to the barn. I do wish I had a heart rate monitor as I'm sure it would have given me a good grade!! My heart was pounding, the breath was heavy and the sweat was pouring down my entire body. But it is now resting in the barn. I'd call that a good workout for this Monday morning........ emoticon emoticon

btw....what's with the green lady??? I like it!!
