BLC 22 SMART Goals

My goals for the BLC are very simple, but have been difficult for me to attain.
1 - Be in bed and eyes closed by 10 PM most nights.
2 - Reach my goal weight (SERIOUSLY, this is getting ridiculous).
3 - Track my food every day possible, and stay in my calorie range.

    You could always try the Sleep Challenge. emoticon It seems so obvious now but I find that if I stay off the computer after a certain hour I am much more likely to go to bed at a decent hour. I think the big thing is to let your mind wind down from the day, whatever that takes.

    After reading the other comments I had to go look at your page again. They are right - you look great! emoticon

    Getting ridiculous? How close are you? From your pics, you look like you're already there, IMHO....

    Regular bedtimes.... good luck with that-- I couldn't do it!

    Sounds like great goals. I know what you mean about the eyes closed... we often watch a little something before bed or read in bed. Good luck!

    Goal #1 made me giggle....I am envisioning you laying there wide awake but IN bed with your eyes CLOSED because you are very goal oriented! emoticon

    Seriously, you are itty bitty teeny weeny, you MUST be at goal girlfriend.
