Nutrition
I noticed that whenever I make one good decision that pushes me to make better decisions. If I opt for a healthy breakfast I can't not bring myself to make a bad choice for lunch. I simply remind myself of what I did for breakfast and not blow a good choice. This is different from the past when I would have "rewarded" myself with a not so healthy choice.

Fitness
I learned the same lesson as far as fitness goes. If I have a good workout I can't bring myself to throwing it away on an unhealthy lunch or dinner.
