Weighing in...

Over the past few weeks I have felt some type of way about weighing in, whether it's having anxiety or wanting to weigh in everyday. So this past Thursday, which is my usual weigh-in day, I decided to try something different in order to measure my progress and to calm my nerves about this whole weigh-in situation. I've decided to try on something that didn't fit before to see if it fits or how close I am to fitting in it. I am going to try to do this every other week and since it seems that I can only go about a week and a half without getting on that scale, I will try to weigh in every week and a half or every 2 weeks if I can make it. I hope that this works and I hope that this helps anyone who may be going through the same thing or something similar.

    Good idea with using the scale and what we know as an NSV (non scale victory) to measure success. I do the same but I weigh weekly and every Monday. My official weigh day is Thursdays, I like to weigh on Monday after the weekend to see where I am and make adjustments prior to my weigh-in. You have to do what works best for you and that will keep you motivated. Hang in there you're doing a great job.
