Weighing in...

Over the past few weeks I have felt some type of way about weighing in, whether it's having anxiety or wanting to weigh in everyday. So this past Thursday, which is my usual weigh-in day, I decided to try something different in order to measure my progress and to calm my nerves about this whole weigh-in situation. I've decided to try on something that didn't fit before to see if it fits or how close I am to fitting in it. I am going to try to do this every other week and since it seems that I can only go about a week and a half without getting on that scale, I will try to weigh in every week and a half or every 2 weeks if I can make it. I hope that this works and I hope that this helps anyone who may be going through the same thing or something similar.
