- 5.4 last week!
- 3.6 this week! ~~~~~ -9.0 lbs so far !

For my BLC22 Goal, I put down -15 lbs as my desire to lose during this round because all the nutritionists have said with my PCOS + age, I could only hope to lose ounces each week, no matter how hard I tried. And that has been my experience all the years leading up to 2013.
THIS is what is working for me and my stubborn body:

In January 2013, for BLC21 I dropped grains from my diet, I find that I lose -1.6 to -2 lbs per week on average when I resist grains and eat lots of fresh veggies & lean proteins... I finished #38 in BLC21 as a Sapphire Soldier.
BLC22 challenge, I am on the friendly FIESTY FOXES team...

These past two weeks is the first time in my life I have refrained from diet carbonated beverages... I now only drink water-water-water, herbal & green teas.

These past two weeks I began drinking a yummy veggie + blueberries smoothie each day for 'breakfast' & enjoy another smoothie for a snack, day or evening.

My goal this round of BLC22 is to finish in the TOP 50 again!

WHAT IS YOUR MAIN MOTIVATION?
-- MINE?-- Well, one great motivator is that my insurance payments will drop $85/month when I lose another 34 lbs.
Of course, I told my husband, we won't really 'gain' any extra money in our budget because I'll be putting it toward lovely new clothes!
