Annual Summer Reduce-a-thon

Now that I have vacation time to sleep enough, exercise, do yard work, and make low cal meals, I can focus on dropping a few lbs.
Right decisions so far include:
*exercising 3 times a week and doing 6 miles on an elliptical.
*fixing my Miracle noodles with salsa for a filling lunch at almost no calories
*making cabbage soup with long grain and wild rice--very tasty
*working muscles by weeding and planting in 90 degree temps
*listening to a FREE hypnosis video on YouTube called Weight Loss Hypnotheraphy by CarolineCranshaw. I like her voice and what she says.
*taking my daily Centrum chewable
*adding a probiotic "Digestive Advantage" and a CoQ10 (ubiquitol to put energy into cells).
Next decision-- go exercise before it's too late.
