I have been wanting some REAL pizza for a while now. I had some today, and it was great!
I used a Flatout Foldit Flatbread
Pizza sauce was tomato paste with garlic, italian seasoning and a touch of truvia
Skim milk mozzarella
Spray bottom of flatbread with olive oil, put on cookie sheet oil side down, add your sauce and toppings, cook at 400 degrees till hot and browned. Everything was precooked.
IT WAS GOOD for only 307 calories! Flat bread got so crisp I could pick it up and eat it without it flopping down. And of course I took a picture.
