I've been thinking about the future.

Not that I have lost all the wt yet that I need to lose... I feel soooo much better. Many pounds gone. I know that I don't want to have to do this again! I want to learn to maintain my wt loss. I'm tired of losing then gaining then losing etc. and never staying the same. Right now all I have to do is go shopping in my closet every week. (Yes, the good news is that I'm definitely going down...) I have all the sizes there (minus the too big clothes) all the way down to sizes I'm sure will never work again--well I'm much older:-) and my body shape has changed:-) Anyway...

Can't I just lose this wt and stay the same size for the rest of my life? I am sure going to try. And I'm sure SP will hear about it too!
