5 years from now

For our BLC22 challenge we are supposed to imagine what our life will be like five years from now. In five years I will be at my goal weight/size, and I will not be embarrassed about how my body looks. I will be fit and healthy, because of both diet and exercise. I will habitually drink a lot of water and eat healthy food. I will exercise almost daily, and my exercise will include (at least) walking, running, strength training, yoga, hula hooping, and swimming. I will also do 5k races on a regular basis. I am looking forward to my life being like this, and I need to work to make it that way!

    Hula Hooping! what fun. Are you taking classes or secretly doing it in you back yard? what awesome abs they create! I would love to do it again (not a kid anymore) but I would have to do it secretly for a long while. ha ha ha

    Great vision of your life to come. We all wonder what it will be like in the future and it is fun to imagine it full of fun and good health. We now need to keep moving forward and not backward. I have traveled both roads many times.
