I joined another Short But Hard Challenge -They are monthly now instead of weekly. Hopefully it can motivate me to work harder and get back into a healthier lifestyle. They ask that you eat 5 svgs of fruits and veggies a day which is a real struggle for me (I can usually pull off 3). This will be good to do though.
Today is another strength day. For some reason I haven't done strength with my weights for over a month. I guess because it's so small in here... But if I do the strength, I will become stronger and get my metabolism going again.
