First day as a spark.

Today has been stressful and I have found myself munching mindlessly at my desk.
My goal is to walk 3 miles this evening after my meeting with my daughters new middle school principal. I have to make the time.
I have 2 upcoming half marathons, one in september and one in october.
Have to be motivated.
