    Thank you, ladies! And yes, absolutely right! Everything needs to be tailored to each individual! Funny that you should mention special needs because my son is hearing impaired and is mildly autistic so I totally relate to that!

    Working with kids with special needs, you learn to modify quickly!
    God made us all unique - so why would we think "one size fits all" even in exercise?
