I am freeeeeeeeee! Feels good too!

Thursday, July 18, 2013

It's official, I am released from my doctors care for my knee. He spent all of 5 minutes with me and sent me on my way. I was expecting that, only because there's not much to say or do. I am ready to be done, physically and mentally.

Played soccer tonight too, tired and salty, but feels good.

Off to the beach tomorrow and Friday. My kiddo and I are staying the night as we are hanging with two different families the two days, so it makes sense to stay rather than driving 70 miles twice in two days. Need some good kid time :)

Now only if I can get back on track, that would be wonderful! I will do my best to be good the next two days. Might just have to go on several sand dollar search walks :) Yep, that's what my soul needs. Peace out Sparkers, hope the rest of your week goes well. Track, drink your H2O and get moving!

I hope you have an awesome time at the beach!!!!! We are headed that way soon too, and I am so looking forward to it. I got overextended this past week and yesterday and today I barely functioned as a human. It will be good to have some lazy fun days.

Congrats on getting totally cleared medically. I'm really excited for you!
