too tired to fight the blues

i did a LOT of exercise (for me) yesterday, n' today a bit more, which was achy but better than letting my body freeze stiff after yesterday.

no Wonder!! i lost three lbs of water weight yesterday! emoticon (no worries, it's BA-aaaaaack) ~no srsly, it DID feel great to sweat so much, esp since my body doesn't have much sweat; so once in a looooong while, i feels like having a shower when i haven't had one in months! (i take baths to help; but they don't last long enuf, lol !)
the only not so hot thing was, i didn't have an extra hand to keep the persp. from runnin' into my eyes. Ouchie. also sure it didn't help my cataracts/dry eyes. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

i also felt GREAT!! yesterday afterward; ...too bad the blues reappeared after just a few hours. BLECH. emoticon emoticon emoticon

it IS TRUE, what's been said over n' over by people trying to help each other:

i was warshink tiny puppies again today, n' ... i was still feeling very down; & usually that's the ONE thing that lets me ReallyRejoice in life!



SHEESH; feast, or famine!

i haven't been tracking my food, but finally am;
i haven't been exercising, but finally am;

n' now i'm exercising too much for the lesser calories eaten!

i'm supposed to eat between 1750 n' 2100 cals; today i thought i Over-ate, but only got in about 1200; n' that's with a 'bad' snack when i was out!

go figure. :=^p .... the actual 'bad' part, tho, is that i only got half my protein in, today!

oh, well; tomorrow's another day; n' i've finally gotten a 'helper' addition from my doc, to start in the am. Let's hope it Will help! emoticon woo. hoo. ... whuut.
*forcible grimace* .... grins r too hard at the moment, but HAY, i'm still tryin. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Oh hun, wish I could be there to give you a big ole hug! Living with "the blues" is not fun. I'm just now beginning to hit my stride again since my last episode. Exercise does help (at first (in my experience) for just a short time, but with regular exercise the endorphins start raging for longer periods.

    I wish you joy in life again (although it sounds like you've had a LOT of stress lately).

    There are a lot of good things going on with your plan. When I get discouraged and start getting down, I just go back to DAY 1. Forget any mistakes, we are starting with a clean slate. No previous missteps count because this is Day 1. emoticon OK, I have had a lot of Day 1's. We are moving in the same direction. emoticon
