Day 3 of my 5 pounds in 3 weeks challenge.

3 miles of interval training (walk/jog/walk/jog to raise & lower the heart rate) this afternoon and then jumped in the workout room and pushed play on Chalene Extreme's Extreme Core Circuit. There's a serious amount of ab work tucked into those 12 minutes! LOL And, I even ate healthy all day (Shakeology for breakfast, banana/peanut butter wrap for lunch), ending the day with a grilled porkchop, zucchini, and snap peas (all of those leftovers - love easy, easy, easy leftover meals!).
I ran it through the calculator and the whole plate came in at 287 calories!
