I don't usually make monthly goals, but August feels like a month that needs some. I am going to take part in the SP Consistently Challenge and tweak some habits that I have.
1) Take at least 5 minutes, preferably 15, for Linda Time. No interruptions, no phone, no computer. Take time to focus on the positive things in my life.
2) To ride my recumbent bike at least once a week. I enjoy doing it and I have gotten away from it.
3) To keep my eating in my calorie range at least 25 out of the 31 days (80% of the time--80/20 rule)
