So yesterday when I was atempting the plyometric part of P90x, i pulled a muscle above my knee in my right leg and had to stop about half way through. It was kinda of good because I was also breathing way too fast and needed to slow it down some.
Then last night I was jumping on the trampoline (the big ones) and tweaked my knee....
So this morning we only did amrs and back and I was easy on the knee. I will make an apoitnment with a dr to check it out and to make sure that my knees can take that high of impact (I danced for several years and am suprised I have not had issues yet).
So, I am still pushing forward but taking it a bit slower for now.
