Week 3: Down 11 pounds so far

Welp, I’m down 5 more pounds from last week, which is kind of a miracle considering I had 3 days where I chose some very high calorie foods… Though I didn't have lots of them, just enough to sate my desire for said items. :-)
Also, random side note... Something that I have found helps me with the ammount calories I intake is eating as many things as I can with chopsticks. Helps me slow down and listen to my body so I know when I have had enough.... Plus chopsticks are just plain ol' fun to use. :-) Right now I am crazy about watermelon. I cut it up into small chucks and eat with chopsticks... Noms!
Overall I am down 11 and counting. It’s not much, but at least the scale is going in the right direction! :-D My pretty “goal dress” is probably only about 15 pounds or so away…. Maybe I can convince my guy to give me a reason to get dolled up and plan a night out when I hit that goal. :-P Hehe.
We have a camping trip coming up soon so I had better get my butt out on a few more walks so I don’t feel so winded if we go for any hikes. I am really looking forward to it since I didn't get to go camping last year with all of the forest fires and such… :-)
Well I am off for the evening, have a class at the gym at 6:30 and about a million and one things to do before and after. Lol.
