I am a little troubled by the ups and downs I see on my scale. I usually weigh myself on Saturdays for my team challenge weigh in, but I usually do a check-in on Wednesdays which I feel gives me a little peek into how I'm doing so far for the week and keeps me motivated. Well, this week I was REALLY happy with my Wednesday weigh in and so did another little peek on Friday and only had a .2 lb difference. But now on Saturday (the next day), I somehow gained over 1 lb! I am still at a loss for the week, and I know that there can be daily ups and downs, but I am really wondering how much I should be relying on my scale. And what causes the daily ups and downs? Water weight? What I ate the night before? What I ate two days before?
I set very small weight loss goals for myself and they usually are achievable, but I still am wondering about all the ups and downs...
