Making this a habit!

Last night I couldn't decide if I was going to get up to walk this morning but I quickly set my alarm and went to sleep. I woke up 30 min. before the alarm was to go off, I got dressed and was out the door lickety split. Waking up earlier was nice because the sun was not yet over the trees so it was cooler out. Somehow I managed to cut 28 seconds off my time AND walk over 2 miles rather than 1 or 1.5. I don't know that I can keep it up at that pace but I am certainly getting better with time.

    That is awesome! I kind of did the same thing the other night. But, I set an alarm on my phone and called it get up and go walk!!
    I was awake before my alarm too and you are right - it is so much nice a little earlier, not quite so hot once that sun is higher in the sky.

    Great job shaving off of your time and adding to your distance! emoticon
