Back & Getting Back on Track

Well, my sister and I are back from visiting with our grandmother and uncle. We got back Monday afternoon. I've been sort of off track, but I haven't done too badly, all things considered. I definitely need to reinstate my exercise routine, but tomorrow starts a new week, and classes start on Monday, so I will have access to a gym again, yay! I managed to track my food on most days, and I made sure to drink tons of water. I didn't have much of a say in what we ate, but I stayed within my calorie range the majority of the time. I lost 3 lbs as soon as we got there. I haven't lost any weight since then (well, okay, I lost .2 lb this week), and it's been a couple weeks, but I haven't gained any either, so I'm okay with that. I'm looking forward to my classes. My gym bag is all packed and ready to go, newly stocked with dry shampoo, baby wipes, my makeup, spray lotion, and other gym bag essentials. Oh, and I've lost exactly 30 lbs since last semester.
Other than my troubled relationship, I feel pretty good.
