At the Starting Line Again

I'm starting all over again and it is frustrating and depressing. I was doing so well and then the crap hit the fan of life! Now I'm a big fat mess and have to find a way to get motivated and find the time to exercise.

Intellectually I know I can do it, emotionally is another matter.

    well... all you can do is look forward! i had gained back a bunch of weight and then plateaued for YEARS and i'm on my way back down now!
    hope you'll stay in touch again (we must be friends from AGES AGO but you just started to show up in my feed again!) and really use the amazing support system here.
