How does one behave all week, do two MAJOR workouts plus a sweat-inducing line-dance class with friends, walk every day, not eat anything extra (except for one dinner from KFC shared with a friend), drink lots of water AND STILL NOT LOSE A FREAKIN' POUND!?!!?!
I went out a few times for a chats and coffee at Tim Horton's (coffee shop) and didn't have so much as a single timbit! ... coffee with only 1/2 milk!!
Sunday I sat at Pedro's Island Eatery in North River (great place to eat by the way) while my sister and her daughter had a late lunch (I'd already eaten my light lunch before leaving home) and I drank coffee. I even avoided the temptation of their to-die-for homemade coconut cream pie!
So my big news this week is NOTHING. Not a single pound! not an ounce! I checked the scale 3 times .. nope, nary a number has changed!
SIGH SIGH FREAKIN' AURGHHHHHHHHHH!! Can you say frustration!!
OKAY... temper tantrum rant is over .... breathe in, breathe out .... relaaaxxxxxxxx
