I was up early, got on my workout clothes as I do every morning.....had a good workout on the bike, then did 15 minutes of stretching, I'm working my new plan of 3 days a week of strength training and 3 days of was stretching...yesterday was weight lifting...gaining muscle is key to keeping the weight off and feeling strong...
I also declined the offer of breakfast out....DH wanted biscuits and gravy....not something I ever ate..but reminded him we just got fresh berries and yogurt and how much better that sounded....he like that idea better too..

My Dad did have his MRI, not the one with dye as they found some sort of kidney function issues..we will not know the results till Wednesday...He seem to be feeling better, he is eating but still says he he feels weak....his infection on his leg is much better and the visiting nurse said she will be coming back once or twice more...she said he was in amazing health for an 88 year old man...he looked so surprised when she said that....thanks everyone for your prayers....
