Its a challenge

Its a challenge to find a way of eating that works for me and doesn't lead to me having mini-binges on sugary foods. I had an excellent first half of the day yesterday, but as soon as I got home from work I was ravenous and ate an entire large box of milk duds (and felt quite sick after.) Today, my plan is to try to eat more protein at breakfast, and see if that helps to curb the urge to eat too much sugar in the afternoon.
