weigh in PRIOR to exercise!

Last week I did the opposite, only lost 1/2 lb - so this week (after my blog and THANK YOU - advice!!) I weighed in PRIOR to my exercise - i lost 7 lbs! (i'm sure part was from last week)

I also belong to T.O.P.S. - so I weigh in each Tuesday at 4:30pm. I now have my answer - keep that spare hour i have for myself - catch up on reading, tv then go weigh in and THEN exercise AFTER!!!

So currently, in the last 20 days I am down - 17 lbs. I know it sounds fast - but since my husband's passing this June, I stopped eating and gained a lot of weight. Apparently it came off pretty fast.

I make certain to eat at least 1200 -1550 calories/day, however most I just make the 1200. I try to get at least 5 hrs/exercise a week. My schedule tends to get hectic - so if I can't get 30 min/day - I push the next day to 2 hrs!
