Blog #31 - Surviving.

So if you are like me, you may have thought that once you started on this weight loss journey you would be moving straight ahead on the path.

My path has been anything but straight. I may have done around 30 laps before finally moving forward. I came to some hard conclusions. I may never like working out. I may always have to force myself to work out.

I can do it.
I will do it.
I am doing it.

I am strong and I am capable. I will not give up.

Okay lets repeat that together.

I am my own road block and it is far, far past time I make myself important and kick myself out of the way. It may take me 1-2 years to go where I want to be. I am worth it. I am worth that investment in my health.

So when I'm sore, I am going to remind myself that I have been sore before and I lived.
When I want to quit, I will remind myself where quitting got me. Nowhere.
When I want to give up, I will remind myself where giving up has got me. Nowhere.

When I fall down, I will get up. I will keep going because that is the only way I will make it down my path.

Who is with me!?
