Ok so after my stress level wed/thur - i DID hit the gym HARD thursday.

Walked 3 miles / Biked 9.5 miles and increased weights during upper body strength portion.

Needless to say - OUCH!! My arms were shaking so bad, I couldn't even lift a pot of coffee that night. They are still killing me. It will be awhile before I can work arms again, but still doing cardio / core / legs w/out OVER-doing it!!

Any suggestions for EXTREMELY fatigued muscles?

    emoticon on getting all that done even though you're in such pain now. Glad to hear you'll still be working and NOT overdoing it again. As for suggestions the only thing for EXTREMELY fatigued muscles is rest. You probably have to give them a break for about a day or two or more if its required. emoticon emoticon .
