Ok so after my stress level wed/thur - i DID hit the gym HARD thursday.
Walked 3 miles / Biked 9.5 miles and increased weights during upper body strength portion.
Needless to say - OUCH!! My arms were shaking so bad, I couldn't even lift a pot of coffee that night. They are still killing me. It will be awhile before I can work arms again, but still doing cardio / core / legs w/out OVER-doing it!!
Any suggestions for EXTREMELY fatigued muscles?
