Hitting the Reset Button

Well its my all too familiar 'restart' blog. One day maybe I can figure this out!

I have gained about 8-10lbs over the past 3 months, summer is just so tough for me! We spend every weekend at the lake and partake in way too many adult beverages and delicious food in excess.

So the kids are back in school, we only have one more weekend at the lake so its time to get back on track. I rarely drink in the "off season" so that will help. Then I just need to keep the food in the house healthy and make sure to get in a few extra workouts above my twice weekly bootcamps that resume on Monday.

My 35th Birthday is in 20 weeks tomorrow, so I am going to set a goal of 25lbs in the next 20 weeks to FINALLY hit my goal weight?
