Redirecting a binge

Well it's all about distraction. So if I am at home I think I could pick up a sewing project or one of the crafting projects I have started. Or maybe some physical activity such as a bike ride or a swim. If I am out and about it might be a little more difficult. Try carrying healthy snacks with me at all times to stave off hunger. I could also call a friend to get my mind on something else. All good options.
