Every day the scale goes lower. August & half of Sept. have lost 12 lbs. Only do outside weeding on weekends. No energy to exercise when get home at 7 pm.
BREAKFAST- coffee, stevia, no sugar creamer, half a wrap (lettuce,tarragon chicken)
Supplements-- Centrum chewable, NOW Diet Support, NOW Tri-Amino, Panax Ginseng
LUNCH- other half of wrap, a few black olives, Propel zero cal water
DINNER- heat in microwave steamable veggies, add variety of prepared, frozen chicken like grilled or fajita flavored.
Work is constant, no breaks. Get there at 7:10 am. Some days forget to eat lunch until 3 p.m. Leave by 6:30 pm and take work home for evenings and weekends. Little time to think about meal planning, so making same thing is easy.
