If you fall ... get right back up!

I have been off course for a few weeks, almost to the point of throwing in the "weight loss" towel all together. Someone reminded me why I started this journey to begin with. She said, you may not be where you want to be but, you are not where you were and, you have come too far to turn back now. It was just what I needed to get me back on track. I began thinking about each pound I have lost. How much stronger I am. I have a LONG way to go and it is taking forever to get there but, what is the other choice?! Give up? Not an option. Today, I am motivated to continue this path. It is defiantly a lifestyle. Making one choice at a time. Doing one workout at a time. Choosing to live rather than die. I hope I can motivate someone today. If you fall...get right back up!!! We CAN do this!!!
