I have done nothing but stress out the past two weeks and of course it has me gaining 5 lbs. I knew I would but I don't know how to deal with stress.. I have had at least one diet mt dew this past week everyday and I had not been drinking any pop.. and I have had cookies and chips.. I will get back on track next week, but the problem is the stress is still going to be there.. Money for this and that work is just awful this week and it will be the weeks to come.. I got to do this but I need to know what do I do about dealing with stress... I need help on this. But the main thing is I didn't stop exercising even with my back hurting due to the stress.
What is one thing you have a complete love for? A serious hobby you can drown yourself in and simply not think while doing it? For me its reading, or sometimes doing my newest crafting. If you don't like to read, or hate writing, and don't know any crafts, try YouTube. There are millions of videos posted daily with new crafting ideas. You can pick one you like, and instead of snacking your stress away, craft it away, or read it away. Just in the past month I have made a basket from pine needles, crocheted a turtle, and read 3 books. Stress is a terrible fate most people have to deal with daily. The bright side is, if you put your mind to it you can kick its nasty tail and shake it off. Good luck and I hope my ideas help. Spark has some really good tips for dealing with stress. Do a search for the word 'stress' and see what you come up with. We have to learn how to use these pitfalls to our own advantage. Hope next week is better
