Having a hard time getting back on track

I am having a hard time getting back on track with my eating.. I was eating a lot of fruit and it has some how hurt my stomach.. and if I eat any fruit my stomach craps and hurts really bad. So what else can I do if my stomach isn't handling fruit right now.. I have always had trouble with my stomach and the acid and seeds in the fruit really hurts my stomach. any suggestion?? and I know tomorrow is a new day and it is a good thing because the last two weeks I have done really bad with the eating.. I have not stopped exercising I have been exercising everyday.. so I am doing good on that but really bad on my eating.. Help me.. I need suggestions.
