Low Blood Sodium

Saturday, October 12, 2013

The last two blood reports over the last 60 days both showed low sodium. So I started to check to see what that meant. My Dr. told me to drink no more than 1200 milliliters which comes out to 40.5 oz or a little over 5 cups. This is very difficult for me to do but after reading the article from Mayo Clinic decided I better try at least.

I am going with how everyone is different. Glad you have a doctor that realizes this and is trying to make recommendations based on your make up.
I hope this works for you.
Best of everything to you Pat.
    Sending positive vibes.

I agree...sometimes we have to do things that don't sound good...but if they work...then GREAT!

Continuing to pray for you, Pat! emoticon

I read the info. on that site you provided Pat. Seems like sometimes 'the goods' are 'the bads' and vice versa. Gosh, who knows, as everyone has a different makeup. Just hope our doctor is putting you on the right track, is all.
Good luck and have never stopped thinking of you, and still will! emoticon emoticon
