Okay, so the plan for the week....
I kind of came to a realization last week that I haven't been doing near enough. I think I used my injury as an excuse for way too long. I've been out of a cast for 2 1/2 months now, and its been 6 months since my injury. Its time to step things up and come up with a more regular routine. I know myself, and variety is going to be the key for me. But, I also need to add in some flexibility because I have an unpredictable schedule. So, here's what I have for now...
Monday: 30 min outdoor skating, 60 min class at the gym
Tuesday: 30 min outdoor skating, 60 min derby off skates class
Wednesday: 60 min free skate at rink
Thursday: 90 min Bikram yoga
Friday: 60 min outdoor skating
Saturday: off day
Sunday: 90 min derby practice
Still working on a diet plan...
